Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the resort. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings made through our website:
7 or more days before check-inFull refund (100%)

No-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation)No refund
The cancellation date is determined based on the date and time the cancellation request is received and confirmed by our team, not the date of sending.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallet).
- Refund processing is handled securely through the Razorpay payment gateway. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Your cancellation request must include the following details:
- Booking reference number
- Full name of the primary guest
- Reason for cancellation
Modifications to Bookings
- Date changes: Requests to change your check-in or check-out dates are subject to room availability. Date changes may result in a revised tariff based on the rates applicable for the new dates.
- Room upgrades: Room upgrade requests are subject to availability. Any price difference between the original and upgraded room will be charged accordingly.
- All modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

Special Circumstances
- In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the guest or the resort, we will offer a full credit for a future stay or a complete refund, at the guest's preference.
- Medical emergencies with valid supporting documentation (such as a doctor's certificate or hospital records) may be considered for exceptions to the standard cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
- All special circumstance requests are reviewed by the resort management and a decision will be communicated within 48 hours.
