Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking at Madhuban Garden Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

Booking Terms

  • An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory at the time of check-in for all guests.
  • All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
  • The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests who fail to check out by the designated time without prior approval may be charged for an additional night.

Payment Terms

  • All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  • All applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), will be added to the room tariff as per prevailing government regulations.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Any additional charges incurred during your stay (such as restaurant bills, extra services, or damage charges) must be settled at the time of check-out.

Guest Conduct

  • All guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and resort staff.
  • Engaging in any illegal, immoral, or antisocial activities on the resort premises is strictly prohibited.
  • The resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises immediately, without refund, in the event of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of these terms.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant and dining areas.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to maintain low noise levels during this period to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
  • The resort is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles belonging to guests. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available and exercise due caution.
  • The resort shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from the misuse of resort facilities, including the swimming pool, play area, and garden spaces.

Force Majeure

Madhuban Garden Resort shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations, including cancellations or service disruptions, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides), pandemics or epidemics, government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, power failures, and other events of force majeure.

Modifications to Terms

Madhuban Garden Resort reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. We encourage guests to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms, your booking, or your stay at Madhuban Garden Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India.
