About This Policy

Madhuban Garden Resort is a hospitality service provider located in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical products. Our core offering is resort accommodation and related hospitality services.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy covers the delivery of booking confirmations, payment receipts, invoices, and other documentation related to your reservation, as well as the fulfilment of booked services at our resort premises.

Booking Confirmation Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation is sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of payment completion.
  • The confirmation email includes the following details:
    • Unique booking reference number
    • Room type and details
    • Check-in and check-out dates
    • Number of guests
    • Total amount paid
    • Payment transaction ID
  • An SMS confirmation is also sent to the mobile number provided during booking.

Invoice & Receipt Delivery

  • A digital payment receipt is emailed to you immediately upon successful payment processing through Razorpay.
  • A detailed GST-compliant invoice is available at check-in at the resort front desk.
  • A comprehensive e-receipt and invoice (including any additional charges incurred during your stay) is emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of checkout.
  • If you require a revised or duplicate invoice, please contact us at reservations@madhubangarden.com.

Service Delivery

All booked services, including room accommodation, resort amenities, and related hospitality services, are delivered (i.e. fulfilled) at the resort premises:

  • Resort address: Rajgarh Road, Rajgarh, District Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 464993, India
  • Services commence at the designated check-in time of 2:00 PM.
  • Services conclude at the designated check-out time of 12:00 PM (noon).
  • All resort amenities, including the swimming pool, restaurant, gardens, and common areas, are available to guests during their stay as per the resort's operational hours.
  • Room service is available during operational hours as displayed at the resort.

If You Do Not Receive Your Confirmation

If you have completed your payment but have not received your booking confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered.
  • Verify that the email address you provided during booking is correct.
  • Contact us at reservations@madhubangarden.com with your payment transaction details.
  • Alternatively, call us at +91-9876543210.

Our team will verify your payment and re-send the booking confirmation within 1 hour of your request during business hours.
